Houghton– A free Fitness Day will be offered on Wednesday, April 23 from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Portage Health Fitness Connection in Houghton.
In celebration of Medical Fitness week, the public is invited to try the fitness center's state-of-the-art equipment for cardio activities and strength training.
