Northern Michigan University will host its first Indigenous Earth Day Summit on Tuesday, April 22 and Wednesday, April 23, in the Great Lakes Rooms of the University Center.
The summit will feature speakers, including an Aboriginal Delegation from Australia, presenting on a variety of international Indigenous environmental issues. In addition, an Aboriginal art exhibit will be on display and an Earth Day music jam is planned for the evening of Tuesday, April 22.
