Harvey – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will offer a tour of the new Chocolay Township Volunteer Fire Department facility on Friday, March 21 from 1 to 3 p.m. on U.S. 41 South and Silver Creek Road in Harvey.
The tour will include the fire trucks, tankers and the seven bays, information about the fire suppression/rescue apparatus and an overview of how and when certain pieces of equipment are used to respond to various types of emergencies.
The event is free for NCLL members and $5 for non-members. Pre-register by Thursday, March 13, by calling 227-2979.
