Toward Better, Faster Computer Chips at Michigan Tech

(Houghton, MI) – Michigan Tech’s Shiyan Hu aims to design the next generation of computer chips by replacing copper wire with graphene and carbon nanotubes. The work is made possible by a $400,000 CAREER award from the National Science Foundation.
