MARQUETTE MI – January 17, 2014 -Marquette General Hospital and Duke LifePoint are very excited about our plans to build a new, state-of-the-art facility for this community. Selecting the best possible site is an important first step. We understand that the community is very interested in where the new hospital will be located. We ask for everyone’s patience as we undergo a thoughtful and thorough process to select the best possible location for the new facility. We are working with a site development company to identify suitable locations and analyze the needs of the project against the merits of each location. We look forward to announcing the new site when this process is completed. We will make a formal announcement at that time.
