Escanaba– A benefit dinner for Alex Murray will be held on Saturday, April 19 from 2 to 7 p.m. at the Great Lakes Rod and Gun Club in Escanaba.
Cost for the dinner is $6. There will be a live band for dancing from 8 p.m. to midnight.
All proceeds will go toward medical expenses for Alex, who had his left leg amputated below the knee and is in need of a prosthetic.
