Marquette – The Peter White Public Library’s Film Club welcomes the public to a
screening of the modern classic film “Room With a View” on Thursday, January 23 at 6:30 p.m. in the library’s Community Room.
An adaptation of E. M. Forster’s novel of the same name, the story involves Lucy Honeychurch and chaperone Charlotte Bartlett who find themselves in Florence with rooms without views until fellow guests Mr. Emerson and son George step in to remedy the situation.
The film was released in 1985, is rated PG-13
and runs for 117 minutes. Light refreshments will be served.
