MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present “Woodworker’s Rally Sessions III and IV.” Instructor Sam Carey will help participants build their projects with advice on tools, skill and safety demonstrations, guidance on techniques and some “tricks of the trade.” Instruction and the use of various tools and machinery in the Northern Michigan University wood shop are included. Participants provide their own plans and materials.
Both sessions will be held from 8 a.m. to noon Mondays in room 137 of the NMU Jacobetti Complex. Session III runs Jan. 20-Feb. 24 and Session IV runs March 10-April 14.
The cost is $30/session for NCLL members and $65/session for non-members. Register by Tuesday, Jan. 14, by calling 227-2979.
