The Marquette Food Co-op will present an Introduction to Vegetarian/ Vegan Eating and Lifestyles on Thursday, April 17 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library. Participants will get helpful hints on how to make the transition to a plant-based diet.
Members of the Northern Vegans will be the presenters. Everyone is welcome. No registration is required. The event is free to co-op members and a donation of $3 is being asked from others. For more information, call Kim Hantz at 225-0671, ext. 23.
