Marquette – The City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center will offer three Japanese cultural classes, free for kids and teens.
Japanese Tradition and Art for Children will be offered on Wednesdays, January 15, 22, 29 and February 5 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Japanese Tradition and Art for Teens will be offered Wednesdays, March 5, 12, 19 and 26 from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
Learning about the World Around Us: Japan for All Ages will be offered Saturday, April 12 from 1 to 3 p.m.
All classes will be held at the Art and Culture Center on the lower level of the Peter White Public Library. Experienced instructor, Tomoko Inoue will teach all three classes.
