Escanaba– A Personal Action Towards Health Class will be offered in Escanaba beginning on April 14. The six week course will be held on Mondays from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Bay College.
The program teaches practical skills for living with chronic health conditions, focusing on self-care and coping strategies.
