Hancock– Living Successfully with Diabetes Class 2 will be offered on Friday, April 11 from 9 a.m. to noon at Portage Health Conference Center, 500 Campus Drive in Hancock.
This class is part of a series open to individuals with diabetes and those who care for someone with diabetes. The classes are focused on medications, healthy food choices and carb counseling, giving participants the tools and knowledge to make healthy lifestyle decisions.
