Marquette – The first ever “Skate for Life” event will be held on Friday, December 6 and Saturday, December 7 beginning at 7:30 p.m. each evening at Lakeview Arena in Marquette.
The Marquette Royales hockey club is collaborating with UP Run for Life and the Superior Health Foundation to raise funds to assist transplant patients with medical cost, prescription, and mileage expenses.
All net proceeds will stay in the Upper Peninsula. 100% of all proceeds from this 2-day event will go directly to U.P. Run for Life. for more information, contact Amy Harju at uprunforlife@gmail.com.
