MARQUETTE, Mich. — Northern Michigan University will host a Hunters’ Feast lunch on Thursday, Nov. 14. The event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Wildcat Den in the University Center.
This meal is one of the biggest of the fall semester and will feature a variety of game dishes including porchetta-style boar roasts, carved antelope roasts, elk burger with smoked tomato and venison chili. Side dishes include Michigan maple syrup-glazed carrots and a marinated mushroom salad.
The cost for the general public is $8.50 for adults and $4.75 for children.
