Marquette – Shakespeare Readers will meet for a reading of “Henry V” on Wednesday, November 6 at 6:30 p.m. in the Shiras Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Written in 1599, this work is the final part of a tetralogy and tells the story of King Henry V of England, focusing on events immediately before and after the 1415 Battle of Agincourt during the Hundred Years’ War between England and France.
Shakespeare Readers is a group for anyone who is intrigued with reading the works of William Shakespeare. They meet on the first Wednesday of each month and new readers are always welcome.
