Marquette – Kevin-Thew Forrester will lead a Meditation Workshop on Wednesday, October 23 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 201 E. Ridge Street in Marquette.
Explore the basics and benefits of a practice of meditation. Kevin will provide an opportunity for questions, discuss
obstacles and how to deal with them and offer basic resources. Participants will also experience a short meditation session.
