Channing – Sagola Township Sportsmen’s Club will host their annual Pistol Competition on Sunday, September 22 at 10 a.m. at the Sportsmen’s Club in Channing.
A range safety briefing will be held with the competition to follow. Four classes of shooter will be used. A class is for shooters that are in A class from Negaunee, Master class from Iron Mountain, or anyone holding IDPA or IPSC Expert rating. B class is for all other shooters and ladies are permitted to use 22’s.
Trophies will be awarded in all classes. There is a $10 entrance fee for tournament and a $5 fee for each side event. For more information, call Tony Erickson 396-1119.
