Gwinn – The Second Annual Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, September 21 from 1 to 4 p.m. at The Cave Fitness Center (301 Avenue A) at K.I. Sawyer in Gwinn.
There will be activities and information on all aspects of healthy living. In addition to health screenings and information, drug and alcohol prevention information, yoga and tai chi, healthy snacks, recipes, and food demonstrations, this festival also has family oriented fun. There will be face painting, kids, games, bounce houses, and much more.
Admission is free and all ages are invited. Free prizes and refreshments will be available throughout the day.
