Marquette – Strut Your Mutt 2013, a charity walk for homeless pets, will be held, rain or shine, on Saturday, September 7 beginning with registration at 9 a.m. at Mattson Lower Harbor Park. The walk begins at 10 a.m.
Make your own Strut Your Mutt online fundraiser page. All proceeds will help the nearly 2000 homeless pets the Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter cares for each year.
The event will be a great day for people and their canine pals to get together for fresh air, food and fun.
