Bian Li, a professor at East China University of Political Science and Law, will present “Change in China: The Post-80s Phenomenon and Its Cultural Context” on Friday, March 21 from 3:10 to 4:15 p.m. in Gries Hall Room 167 at NMU. Over the past three decades Chinese society has undergone a profound transformation and Li will explore what the conventional wisdom holds about China's current situation. Li is a visiting scholar at NMU Department of Sociology and Social Work.
