Marquette – Summer Cinema will present a screening of “Flight” on Tuesday, July 9 at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
The film is about Whip Whitaker, a seasoned airline pilot who miraculously crash lands his plane after a mid-air catastrophe, saving nearly everyone on board. After the crash, Whip is hailed as a hero, but as more is learned, questions arise as what really happened on that plane.
The 2012 release is rated R and runs for 138 minutes. Summer Cinema invites the public to bring their own takeout supper and enjoy a recently released feature film in a dinner theater setting.
