Public Hearing with the Mental Health and Wellness Commission on June 17th

 Marquette, Michigan – Governor SealGovernor Snyder created the Mental Health and Wellness Commission in February when he issued Executive Order 2013-6. The six-member commission, chaired by Lt. Governor Calley, is tasked with strengthening the state’s mental health system. The Commission is taking their public hearings across the state and welcome individuals to come testify on Monday, June 17th from 10:00AM – 12:00PM at Presque Isle Pavilion located at 1 Peter White Drive, Marquette, MI 49855. In order to accommodate everyone who plans to testify, each speaker will be provided five (5) minutes for public comment. We also request that you bring 10 copies of your testimony with you to the hearing and include your name and contact information at the top of the document.
