
As the final presentation for Your Mind Matters, in recognition of May as Mental Health Awareness month, Carol Gamber, MD, a Psychiatrist with Marquette General Behavioral Health will discuss managing depression on Thursday, May 30 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm at the Peter White Public Library in the Community room on the lower level of the library.
Dr. Gamber will explain strategies to manage the symptoms of depression, promote positive thinking, alleviate stress, and boost
self-esteem.
Lunch and learn attendees are invited to bring their own lunch or buy
from the library café. There is no admission charge and no pre-registration is required.
