Marquette – Saturday at the Center wiil present “Spring is in the Air” on Saturday, May 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Marquette Regional History Center, 145 West Spring Street, Marquette.
It’s time to welcome the warming weather. Come see dancers celebrate spring with an outdoor performance, make a May Basket of flowers, and do a little spring planting to take home. Marquette Folk Dancers perform at 1 p.m. with a traditional May Pole Dance, followed by demo and time for you to try it out yourself.
The event is included with museum admission: $7 for adults, $6 for seniors and $3 for students, and $2 for those 12 and under. For more information, call 226-3571or go to
