Calendar – Benefits/Fundraisers – “Kickin’ the Blues” Benefit for Bipolar Research – May 25

Marquette – “Kickin’ the Blues” Benefit for the Daniel Olson Memorial Scholarship Fund and Sean Costello Memorial Foundation for Bipolar Research will be held on Saturday, May 25 from 3 to 11 p.m. at the Ore Dock Brewery, 114 W. Spring Street in Marquette.

Music will be provided by Flat Broke Blues, Jackpine, Travis Swanson and the Midnight Movers, and Felix Reyes. There will also be a silent auction, door prizes, a guitar raffle, and much information on Bi-Polar Disease and how it affects those who live with it from day to day. Food will be available from Dia de los Tacos.

Admission is a $10 suggested donation for adults; $5 under age 21 with those under 21 permitted from 3 to 9 p.m.
