Calendar – Benefits/Fundraisers – 18th Annual Marquette County Community Baby Shower – Apr. 19

Negaunee – The 18th Annual Marquette County Community Baby Shower will be held on Friday, April 19 at 1 p.m. at the Negaunee Township Hall.

The event assists families from all over Marquette County by offering needed supplies for newborn babies. Families also will be able to learn about local services to assist them and their new baby.

Donations of either cash or new baby items are being sought from the community. To send a monetary donation, call Lori Marta at 315-2631. Drop-off boxes for new baby items are available in Marquette at Messiah Lutheran Church, AMCAB Main Office, YMCA and MARESA; in Ishpeming at Carnegie Library and the Bell Memorial Hospital front desk; and in Gwinn at the Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center.
