Marquette – Transition Marquette County Reading Group will hold a conversation about “Animal, Vegetable, Miracle” by Barbara Kingsolver on Thursday, March 14 at 7 p.m.in the Conference Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Kingsolver tells the story of her family’s experience moving to a small farm in southern Appalachia and living for a year on what they could grow themselves or purchase from other local growers.
