Houghton – Big Brothers Big Sisters Copper Country Bowl for Kids will be held on Saturday, March 2 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at The Mine Shaft in Houghton.
Teams of four to eight people are needed to help Big Brothers Big Sisters to raise funds for local mentoring programs exclusively benefiting children and youth in the Copper Country.
This event is not about the bowling; it’s about having fun for a good cause, so anyone can participate. Each participant raises a minimum of $35 in pledges, and is then eligible for bowling, an entry in the “Everyday Heroes” Drawing, Pizza Hut pizza, great prizes and a lot of fun.
