Marquette – The Great Yooper Folk Dance and Café will be held on Sunday, February 24 beginning at 1 p.m. in The Great Lakes Rooms of the University Center at NMU.
Music will be provided by two traditional acts: Kaivama and White Water. Yooper treats and drinks will also be available for purchase. Admission is $2 for adults and free for students/kids.
The folk dance closes out U.P. Heritage Month activities sponsored by the Beaumier U.P. Heritage Center at NMU. For more information, call 227-3212.
