Marquette – Charles Rose, recent general counsel for the U.S. Department of Education, will present “Emerging Trends in Higher Education” on Monday, February 18 at 3 p.m. in Reynolds Recital Hall at Northern Michigan University.
For more than 30 years, he has advised educational institutions, state government agencies, municipalities, corporations and tribal nations on education, employment, labor relations and other critical matters. Rose is currently a partner with DrinkerBiddle, in the firm’s Chicago and Washington, D.C., offices.
The talk is presented by NMU’s Office of the President, and is free and open to the public.
