Marquette – Black History Month is being observed throughout the month of February at Northern Michigan University. Golden Glitz will perform traditional African dance on Monday, February 19 at 7 p.m. in the Marketplace in Quad I Residents Halls.
Ilyasha Shabazz, daughter of civil rights leader Malcolm X, will also speak.
