Marquette – A two-session workshop entitled “Sturgeons, Eagles and Frogs, Oh My!” will be offered on Tuesday, August 19 and on Thursday, August 21 from 1 to 3 p.m. each day in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Artist Nichole Wagner-Johnson will introduce the history and techniques of Japanese block painting. Students will design and create their own block prints based on creatures native to the U.P. and create note cards featuring their work.

Workshop fee is $10 which includes materials. All are welcome.
