Marquette – Readers Theater will meet for a reading of “Medea” on Thursday, December 20 at 7 p.m. in the Shiras Room of the Peter White Public Library.
This ancient Greek play is based upon the myth of Jason and Medea and was written by Euripides, one of the three great tragedians of classical Athens and first produced in 431 BC.
Readers Theater is a group of adults, who are interested in drama and are willing and able to read a scripted role. They meet on the third Thursday of each month to read plays for enjoyment. New readers are always welcome.
