Marquette – Jason Marcotte will perform an original one act play on Wednesday, August 13 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Admission is free, but donations will be accepted.
Marcotte wrote the play in response to a poem written by an Iraq war veteran. The poem is featured in the book “Warrior Writers Re-making Sense”
The play will be followed with a short film by Tara Byykkonen based on another poem from the same collection. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
