Marquette, MI – First United Methodist Church on Ridge Street in Marquette will be hosting an evening worship service Sunday, October 21 at 6:00pm. “Re-Imagine” services hosted by FUMC are new this year and attendance has been increasing with each one.
Re-Imagine is a casual worship service including a guest speaker, music, and refreshments. This month’s service will have a “coffee house” style theme. Music will be mainly acoustic performed by small groups. A speaker will provide a message and various coffees and muffins will be served.
“We’re very excited to be able to provide such a variety of music and topics with each service,” said Rev. Steve McCoy, First United Methodist Church. “I encourage everyone to come and hear the message, listen to great music and enjoy the coffee house feel.”
First United Methodist Church has regular worship services at 9:00am and 11:15am every Sunday. Re-Imagine services are held the last Sunday of each month.
