Gwinn – An Alternatives to Anger series of four classes will be held on Tuesdays, beginning on October 2 from 6 to 8 p.m. in Gwinn.
The series includes informative presentations, group discussions and skill-building activities to help learn what triggers anger, calming and de-stressing techniques, problem solving and communication skills and letting go of the past.
The fee is $20 per person or couple, which can be paid at the first session. For information and location, call the MSU Extension at 475-5731 or email Krahn@anr.msu.edu. Registration deadline is Friday, September 28.
