The Zero Degrees Gallery of Marquette is celebrating a second year of operation.
The gallery stands apart from other galleries as it is cooperatively run and maintained by its members, who range from beginner and hobby to full-time professional artists.
Justin Savu, the President of the organization is excited about the milestone; “This fall marks the ZDG being open for two years as a self-sufficient display and retail space for 50 artists. Many thanks is given to the fabulous people of Marquette and those passing through that have enabled us to continue to live out one of our top-five artistic requests: Member-owned retail space!”
On Friday, September 28th the gallery will be holding a celebration from 6:00 to 9:00PM. The celebration offers food, fun and door prizes. The public is invited to attend.
