Marquette – Marquette General Diabetes Education will offer a prediabetes class on Wednesday, July 23 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Marquette General Hospital.
The class is open to anyone diagnosed with prediabetes, borderline diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance. Participants will learn what prediabetes is, how to prevent it, nutrition and exercise tips and goal setting.
Preregistration is required. Cost is $30, payable at the start of class. Family members may attend at no cost.
