Marquette, MI – Residents of Brookridge Heights Assisted Living and Memory Care have always enjoyed expressing their artistic talents. They attend weekly art classes with Valerie Rose, one of Brookridge’s Activities Assistants, who teaches, inspires and guides them on how to make hand made cards, jewelry, frames and even paint on fabric. Over the past month, our residents have compiled a wonderful collection of art that will be on display May 7, 2012 at 6:30pm.
“Artisans Limited” is the title Brookridge residents have chosen for their 1st Annual Art Show. This event is free and open to the public. The opening reception begins at 6:30pm on Monday May 7th in the Assisted Living community of Brookridge Heights. The residents are excited to showcase all of their hard work, which will be on display from May 7th-May 14th.
