Marquette – Marquette General Diabetes Education will hold a pre-diabetes clsaa on Wednesday, June 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Marquette General Hospital.
The class is open to anyone diagnosed with pre-diabetes, borderline diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance. Participants will learn what pre-diabetes is, how to prevent diabetes, nutrition and exercise tips, and goal setting.
Pre-registration is required and cost for the class is $30, which is due at the start of the class.
