Marquette – In celebration of its 10th anniversary, Lake Superior Theatre is sponsoring a Granite Island Lighthouse fund-raiser tour on Saturday. June 21, beginning with a breakfast at 8:30 a.m. at 460 E. Ridge Street in Marquette.
The tour will leave from the boat house dock at 9:30 a.m. Boarding passes cost $100, with proceeds going to benefit LST enhancements.
The tour includes the recently remodeled lighthouse interior, which features period antiques, an opportunity to appear on a Web cam, and entertainment provided by LST cast members. Dress is casual, and comfortable shoes should be worn.
