Marquette – “Society’s Choice Today: Burnt Path or Green? Thoughts on Ojibwe Teachings About Living in This Time of the Seventh Fire” will be presented by Aimee Cree Dunn on Thursday, April 26 from 7 to 9 p.m. at NMU’s Center for Native American Studies in the Whitman Hall Commons.
This multimedia talk explores the Ojibwe prophecies of the
time of the Seventh Fire in terms of how the “burnt path” has been
realized and how the “green path” could be realized.
