Marquette – The Marquette Symphony Orchestra will present “Tragedy and Triumph” on Saturday, February 25 at 7:30 p.m. in Kaufman Auditorium.
The music will be Rossini’s Semiramide Overture, Beethoven’s Symphony no. 2, and Walton’s Viola Concerto, with guest performer Abigail Elder, winner of the MSO’s Youth Concerto Competition for Strings.
Tickets are available at the NMU Bookstore, the Superior Dome and the Forest Roberts Theater.
Attendees are invited to a post concert celebration at the Landmark Inn.
