Marquette – Authors Jackie Winkowski and Laura Novatny will be signing their books during “It’s Raining Cats and Dogs!” on Saturday, February 4 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Snowbound Books, 118 N. Third Street in Marquette.
Winkowski is the author of “The Promis of the White Dog” and Novartny is the author of “The Autobiography of a Cat.”
