Marquette/Negaunee – The YMCA of Marquette County will host Cardio Buffets on Friday, November 28 at 9:15 a.m. at the Marquette Y and the Bell Memorial Wellness Center in Negaunee.
The Marquette class will be a combination of 30 minutes of spinning, cardio circuit, and a combination of stability ball, Pilates and yoga.
The classes are free for YMCA members, others by $5 day pass or $10 family day pass.
