Calendar – Community – Transition Town Film Series – Jan. 25

Marquette – The Transition Town film series, Feeding Marquette in a Future Without Oil will show the film “The End of Poverty?” on Wednesday, January 25at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.

Learn why many aspects of life, including the food future, will change as world oil supplies fall, and how to prepare for it. There will be a discussion period after the film.

This film series has been organized with support from the Department of Geography at Northern Michigan University and Systain.US. For more information, call 226-4323.
