Marquette – The Shiras Planetarium will offer the show, “Stars of Autumn and Blown Away” on Monday, November 24 at 7:30 p.m.
The show will start with a short presentation about the fall sky. Learn about the reason for the seasons, meteor showers, the moon and the stories behind the constellations in the fall sky.
The main feature of the show will be the wild world of weather. Learn how our weather is directly influenced by our place in Space with “Blown Away.”
Doors open at 7:15 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults, $2 for students. No unattended children allowed.
The planetarium is located at the Marquette Senior High School on W. Fair Avenue in Marquette. For more information, call 225-4202.
