Marquette – The Central Upper Peninsula Chapter of the Sierra Club will meet on Wednesday, January 18 at 7 p.m. in the Shiras Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
The group will view the documentary “The Last Mountain” which follows events in Coal River Valley, West Virginia where a small group of citizens are trying to stop big coal corporations from continuing the devastating practice of mountain top removal.
