Marquette – The Upper Peninsula Land Conservancy will hold its annual meeting on Monday, January 9 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Marquette Federated Women’s Clubhouse, 104 W. Ridge Street, Marquette.
Refreshments will start at 6 p.m. Guest speaker, Lesley Putman, Ph.D., will present her research on phytoremediation, which is using plants to address environmental contamination.
