Hancock – Northcare Network will hold a public forum on Monday, Novembr 17 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the multi-purpose room at Hancock High School for the purpose of seeking input from interested citizens in regard to community mental health services and future goals in dealing with individuals with mental illnesses, developmental disabilities and substance use disorders.
NorthCare's five year plan will be submitted to the Michigan Department of Community Health and requirements are outlined in a document titled “Application for Renewal and Recommitment to Quality and Community in the Michigan Public Mental Health System.”
